Stone World Exclusive: Helping America’s Veterans R.I.S.E.
It can be difficult to update your home when you’re a quadruple amputee, and when you’ve been severely wounded serving your nation, you shouldn’t have to. That’s the thinking behind the R.I.S.E. program, founded by actor Gary Sinise.

ROCKin’teriors Named Fabricator of the Year by ISFA
The International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA) recently announced the 2018 ISFA Award winners at its annual conference. The Triangle’s only woman-owned stone fabrication and installation company, ROCKin’teriors was named ISFA “Fabricator of the Year.” The ISFA Awards are chosen by association members and given to those in the industry that stand out as the very best.
ROCKin’teriors, Natural Stone Institute Build Smart Homes for Wounded Veterans
For the past few years, ROCKin’teriors has participated in the Gary Sinise Foundation’s R.I.S.E. program (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment) to help build specially adapted smart homes for America’s severely wounded veterans. We participate in cooperation with home builders, building industry materials providers, and other Natural Stone Institute (NSI) members.
