ROCKin’teriors presents at Cosentino C100
Our founder Laura Grandlienard was invited to present at the prestigious C100 Cosentino international surfacing event, held in Mexico in January. Laura spoke on the industry revolution and paradigm shift toward ultra-compact sintered stone, featuring projects from Bost Custom Homes, Rufty Homes, TEW Design Studio & Preston Development Co. Neolith Sintered Stone at Parade of Homes
We recently completed an install for the Triangle Parade of Homes that featured Neolith sintered stone. This photo by Chris Frick shows you the beauty of polished “Statuario.” ROCKin’teriors is the Triangle’s first certified fabricator of highly durable sintered stone. The Parade of Homes is hosted by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh and Wake County.
Latest in Dekton Sintered Stone Revealed to Custom Builders
Recently, we had the opportunity to host many of the area’s top custom home builders for a special reveal of the very latest in Dekton sintered stone. Everyone had a great time at the unveiling of the latest from Dekton by Cosentino. ROCKin’teriors is the first to become certified to fabricate sintered stone in the Triangle.
Sintered Stone Hot In 2018
Without question, the biggest trend in surfaces this year has been the rise of sintered stone. We’ve been counseling general contractors, interior designers and architects on this unique surface for the past few years and have hosted numerous design workshops on the topic.
Formed by intense high heat, sintered stone is very durable and eco-friendly. Equally impressive as a counter surface or wall cladding both indoors and out, sintered stone can be cut down to about 1 cm thickness.
